All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of purchase. Final payment must be received by the due date; failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices are based on current rates and include only the services listed in the package description. Additional expenses such as visas, insurance, personal items, and optional activities are not included unless stated.
By the Customer: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation.
By the Company: We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances. If changes are substantial, customers will be offered an alternative or refund.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
wonderSphere Travels acts only as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or changes in transportation schedules.
Travelers must comply with all local laws and health regulations. Participation in certain activities may require a minimum level of fitness or carry inherent risks.
